Rhode Island Food Safety Education Project

Objective

The purpose of this project is to reduce the risk of food-borne illness among Rhode Islanders. This will be accomplished by first assessing the needs of consumers and small food processors and then developing and conducting educational programs to address the needs of these clientele.
