Samoan Language Food Safety Education Materials

Objective

The purpose of this project is to develop Samoan Language food safety videotapes, web site information, and printed materials for use with food service workers, road side fund-raisers, school-aged children, 4-H youth clubs, and adult EFNEP clients.
