A Study of the Molecular Epidemiology of Non-O157 VTEC from Animals, Foods and Human Infections - Farm to Fork (HPA PhD Studentship)

Objective

To define the relationship between virulence genotype, strain genotype and phenotype for collections of non-O157 VTEC from animals, food stuffs and human infections. <P> The project also aims to help develop an improved understanding of the molecular epidemiology of non-O157 VTEC in animals, foodstuffs and human infections – from farm to fork.
