1. Synthesize high-quality, relevant evidence of the associations between specific climatic conditions and their corresponding food safety risks using a systematic review of peer-reviewed publications. 2. Identify relevant strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of climatic conditions on food safety risks in Ontario and in Canada using a systematic review of peer-reviewed publications. 3. Identify areas of insufficient evidence to inform future research priorities using a gap analysis. 4. Prioritize climate-sensitive food safety risks identified in Objective 1 according to level of concern by engaging national and provincial stakeholders in a quantitative prioritization exercise. 5. Prioritize mitigation strategies identified in Objective 2 according to their potential impact and feasibility by engaging national and provincial stakeholders in a quantitative prioritization exercise.
