Objective
In the state of Hawaii, seafood HACCP certification courses have been turned over by the Department of Health to the Cooperative Extension Service Food Technology Program. This project will provide meat and poultry HACCP courses to food service workers. Better Process Control and Applied Food Service Sanitation Courses will also be offered.
