Objective

Analytical methods will be developed for trace elements and their forms in foods, seafoods, and dietary supplements to learn the nature and magnitude of toxic and nutritional elements in these products. Quality assessment procedures will be developed for FDA laboratory analytical results for trace elements in foods, seafoods, and dietary supplements.
