Objective

Aim 1To engineer a panel of CRISPR-equipped synthetic Listeria phage that can be utilized to specifically target and eliminate Listeria.Aim 2To functionally assess and validate the efficacy of CRISPR-equipped engineered synthetic phage against Listeria monocytogenesof diverse genotypes and serotypes, as well as other Listeria species.
