Objective

The project will develop and test a standardized reporting system for use by state representatives and national program staff of selected CSREES 3(d) programs in the following: plan of work data and program accomplishments / performance data.

CSREES-USDA 3(d) programs in Pesticide Impact Assessment (PIAP), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Food Safety and Quality (FSQ),and Pesticide Applicator Training (PAT) have a long history of collecting and disseminating program performance and accountability data. Congress relies on such data for making authorization and appropriation decisions.
