"The families who have adequate financial means will be able to keep pace with the ever increasing levels of housing comfort and convenience. A continuing challenge, however, will be how rural families at the lower levels of income will be able to obtain at least minimum adequate housing. A realization of their hopes for better housing is related closely to an effective rural renewal program that will provide them additional income."
